Chief Crazy Captain Christo takes time to think about the impact AC/DC has already established on The World. The Good Chief has come to the final outcome that whatever stadium or Tree House he is going to have built must keep in mind the sheer power of AC/DC. By a Simple Twist of Fate, he decides to use his transformational powers and get all the males from AC/DC to come back to the Says and help deadicate a Tree Home in their honor. We interrupt his transformation of the Band in it's entirety. To help setup this piece, you have to browse with an accent. As you might or might not know, the complete band includes five players. In this piece, the bass participant and the drummer aren't yet onstage therefore their names are withheld to safeguard their personal privacy. Shhh! On with the transformation. The players onstage at that time are Malcolm Youthful- Guitar, Angus Youthful- Guitar and Brian Johnson- Vocalist.

Thrilled with getting to AC/DC, Chief Crazy Captain Christo realized that he must organize a SEARCH party to find construction professionals in the us. The O-Range Blob that's Chief Crazy Captain Christo must not only construct the Tree House but also instruct the massive undertakers of the task on where you can meet. Stay tuned! It's more of a efficiency poetry piece of some kind. But I have no idea the type. GARCIA: Mickey has done lots of things of the type you mean. He's done a phone album. He's done a bug album that's hilarious; it offers each one of these songs about bugs, the war on bugs. WEIR: He had big programs for that one! GARCIA: Mostly, we're always from the road functioning, because we earn our living by playing. So we haven't had much of the high end where you just go in to the studio for no particular reason to screw around. WEIR: There's tape someplace of Mickey playing someone's head! This is apparently the same Fire and Ice Ltd. They're thought to be the same group that do the backing music for the LSD album. Sometime in the fall of 1971, Bob Weir made a tape of acoustic demos for Ace, which I think David Gans played on one of the KPFA marathons years ago.

The early takes are instrumental - the reason was probably to greatly help Barlow write lyrics for the songs. The demos are all simply Weir on an classical guitar; it sounds like Barlow is usually taping him. 2 will take; the second provides Weir vocalizing the melody. 2 will take; Weir vocalizes a melody in the next take. This tune was apparently abandoned. Cassidy - 2 takes; again, the second take has a vocal melody, but no words and phrases yet. Dark Throated Wind - Weir sings the first verse, after that stops. Several other songs on Ace had been performed by the Dead in 1971; the one new song not really upon this demo tape is usually APPEARS LIKE Rain, so perhaps it was written afterwards. A few takes of Periods of My Center from September 1969, with Constanten on organ & Garcia on pedal metal. Weir, Lesh & Garcia practice the harmony vocals. Up to now, no other information is known concerning this session. It's still unknown what else was rehearsed, and if it had been an actual studio program or a normal Dead rehearsal that happened to be taped. Produced a few corrections to the post. 9/12/68 Pacific Documenting: Clementine (extensive requires) with TC(?) on organ, a guest guitarist & Phil on vocals, and then a wild jam. Probably the most interesting and revelatory studio tapes by much. 3/9/66 - an unfamiliar Pigpen R&B first; Who Do YOU LIKE; weird modal jam. Cryptical that explains 20 a few minutes before cutting off. Much less intense as a live show, but some nice jams in this one, and the initial known performances of some of the Aoxomoxoa songs. I imagine finding your way through the 16-track recording for Live/Lifeless at the Avalon prompted this long soundcheck/practice. Phil teases Dark Celebrity at the end of the Eleven, but sadly they don't really play it. They don't fully remember Born Cross-Eyed, but it's still a treat to listen to a '69 efficiency.
